If I can no longer attend, can I transfer my registration to someone else in my organization?
You may send another person from your organization in your place at no additional charge. Substitutions can be made by completing a Request for Substitution form before Friday, May 1, 2020.
What are the cancellation fees if I can’t attend?
If an attendee can no longer attend, a substitution request maybe made. All substitution requests must be submitted by completion of a Request for Substitution form.
If an attendee must cancel without substitution, a refund may be issued for any received payments as set forth herein. All cancellation requests must be completed by submitting the Request for Cancellation form on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 3 p.m. Central Time. Cancellations received byCivicPlus on or before Wednesday, April 15, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by CivicPlus between Thursday, April 16, 2020 and Wednesday, April 22, 2020 will receive a 50 percent refund of the amount of any registration fee paid. Cancellations received by CivicPlus on or after April 23, 2020 will be non-refundable. Payments will be refunded by the method that they were submitted. Processing fees will apply. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
